If it does not fit, does not hold up, or just is not right — send it back.
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Footwear must be tried indoors only.
- Return shipping: we cover it — a prepaid label is included with every US return.
- Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
